Dimensional Ceiling Art
When Designer Julie Leipold and I started out on this adventure we thought we would have a few hand painted butterflies to add onto the ceiling. This concept transformed into 80, which turned into 250, which turned into 350 and finally in the end 430.
Grace’s Favorite Things
As we installed the individual butterflies we realized that more really is MORE!!! You can never have too many butterflies so I created some additional larger versions and you can see the result has incredible visual impact in the space.

Peace and Calm
The goal of the room Designer Julie Liepold wanted was to bring a space with serenity and peace. I feel that the softness of the pale clouds along with the swirling shapes of the butterflies bring an effective element to the room. The slight shimmer and wave of the wings as the air hits them brings real magic to such a beautiful space. Thank you Julie for letting me be a part of something so special.
